80% of the health care budget goes towards diseases that for the most part are behavior related, so just change your behavior, right? Not so easy because as it turns out, for better or worse, our brains find change stressful. This resistance to change is not only psychological but biological. Yet, thanks to 21st technology we are learning that the simplest solutions may be the best.
